The Great Debates - Wilson v. Shaw

Hi all, I have spent the past few weeks building a new website called Real Estate Politics, which is meant for the balanced discussion of real estate issues. This Monday, February 11, I will be particpipating in our inaugural Great Debate. The Great Debates series is dedicated to bringing opposing viewpoints together to produce intelligent dialog on today's most controversial real estate industry issues. I have developed a simple pro/con Lincoln-Douglas debate format wherein two pundits argue for their side of the issue. Readers are invited to contribute to the debates via comments and participating in a poll to determine "Who Wins This Debate?" I am very excited to announce the inaugural Great Debate: "Realtor.com: Friend or Foe?" I will be debating with Russell Shaw of No Hassle Listing. Here is a promotional video for the debate. Enjoy!
