The Voice's View on Wolf Ranch

Wolf Ranch has an urban-west community design, which means it has an pedestrian-friendly design without a lot of traffic. The neighborhood has a community center with an indoor swimming pool, aerobic gym, and a small theater that residents can rent out. The community also features lots of parks and open space. There are plans for a 14-acre lake, which will be amazing when it is done.

Wolf Ranch has a good homeowners' association to protect values, and everyone is expected to take care of their properties. There is a great track of appreciation in the last five years, more than 10%. Living in Wolf Ranch makes for an easy commute to the north and south; you are right in the middle of town, which is something a lot of people like about the neighborhood.

The Voice's View on Wildwood Ridge and Wildwood at Northgate  

Wildwood Ridge and Wildwood at Northgate are two neighborhoods being developed exclusively by Richmond American Homes. The neighborhoods are located off Voyager Parkway with easy access to I-25, shopping centers, restaurants and Academy School District 20. The homes offer a lot of distinctive features including tile roofing and elegant exteriors. Richmond offers very affordable prices for single-family homes in District 20 from the low- to mid-200s; they are a great investment, and two of the few places you can buy a new single-family home in District 20 at this price.

It is a master-planned community with great mountain views located on the Bluffs as you approach Black Forest. The Voice's View on Townes at Kettle Creek  

Townes at Kettle Creek is a luxurious town home community built by Ashton Woods Homes. They offer flexible, innovative and spacious floor plans with a base price range of $227,000 to $276,000. Ashton has built high-quality multi-level townhomes with very impressive layouts comparable in size to many single-family homes (1,917 sq. ft. to 2,321 sq. ft.), all with two-car garages. The neighborhood is near The Promenade Shops at Briargate, a shopping and dining center considered one of the finest in Colorado Springs. Indeed, layout, affordability and location are the top reasons why people live in Kettle Creek, and at this price point, they are really very nice homes. Many younger families live here.
