Wildwood Ridge and Wildwood at Northgate are two
neighborhoods being developed exclusively by Richmond American Homes. The
neighborhoods are located off Voyager Parkway with easy access to I-25,
shopping centers, restaurants and Academy School District 20. The homes offer a
lot of distinctive features including tile roofing and elegant exteriors.
Richmond offers very affordable prices for single-family homes in District 20 from
the low- to mid-200s; they are a great investment, and two of the few places you
