Colorado Springs New Homes brings you a stabilizing reportThe CSBJ Blog brings us some good news today at Colorado Springs New Homes. A post titled “Home values stabilizing?” reports “while home prices fell in 17 states during the last year, most states continue to have stable home values, according to a November sales report from First American LoanPerformance.” The report goes on to say the “Pikes Peak region’s home appreciation...has hovered near 1 percent for the past year as other parts of the country have suffered greater declines.”

This is indeed promising news, as it points to the hopeful stabilization and turnaround of the real estate market slump. Indeed, the report concludes: “the trend has begun to reverse in some states where new foreclosures are bringing down average home values.” The Pikes Peak region is seeing some semblance of stabilization, and this is great for Colorado Springs New Homes. I hope we continue to hear good news like this as the calendar year comes to a close, and as always we will do our best to bring you positive news here at Colorado Springs New Homes.
