Colorado Springs New Homes Compensation IncreaseNational executives and managers "expect compensation to their subordinates to increase this year," news that could benefit the Colorado Springs New Homes area if we follow the trend. According to The Colorado Springs Business Journal Blog, "77 percent of business leaders expect to increase employee compensation" based on a survey conducted by NFI Research. I think the best part of this is it is expected to happen despite our current national economy, and a number of factors are related to this positive outlook including

- employee retention

- met budget expectations

- business conditions and performance

This particular data set comes from a survey of 251 senior executives and managers, so the argument could be against the small sample size, but nevertheless I think this serves as positive, relevant, first-hand data that runs counter to what we normally hear in the media lately. And if the numbers wind up being reflected in the Colorado Springs New Homes area, we will obviously benefit from a boost to our economy, and many of us will likely see pay increases (speaking in general terms, of course). Always nice to think about this kind of stuff, at least.
