Colorado Springs New Homes: A New Leaf
 At the Inman
Connect Conference in New York City last week, we got to thinking about our
Colorado Springs New Homes blog. Until now we have been something of a local real
estate news source, scouring papers, magazines and blogs for news relevant to
the Colorado Springs New Homes market. While effective in its own right, we
realized last week our blog lacks a true personality and voice.
We learned at the conference that
readers respond well to transparency, honesty and humor, and these are three
things we want to incorporate; we are not dry, neutral people, and we want our blog
to reflect that. So we are working on developing a new blogging plan. Here is
what we have so far:
- We want to serve our community
more effectively and become a viable source for Colorado Springs real estate
news, trends and information, while infusing humor, creativity and reliability.
- Instead of summarizing news, we
want to add our own voice and opinion to what is happening in Colorado Springs. We will still consult news sources, but we also want to write creatively and provokingly
and we want to bring more local color to our blog, giving you an insider's taste of
Colorado Springs.
- We want to experiment with
multimedia and eventually bring you creative, informative video about new home
developments, neighborhoods and happenings in Colorado Springs.
- We want our readers to have fun
being here.
We are committed to
