Wildwood Ridge and Wildwood at Northgate are part of Academy School District 20, widely considered the finest school district in Colorado Springs.

The da Vinci Academy is the nearby elementary school. It is a unique community dedicated to the arts and sciences and is where many musically- and artistically-talented students go to school.

Challenger Middle School is District 20's original middle school. It is currently rated in the top 8% of all Colorado middle schools on state assessment tests. Like Mountain View Elementary, Challenger offers a technology-enhanced curriculum.
