With its lush landscaping standards, Cordera is our Secret Garden of the north. Year-round greenery and thoughtful layout make Cordera a very unique neighborhood. Significant open space has been incorporated into the neighborhood - including parks, walking trails, picnic areas - and it is just incredible; the open space is what people love about Cordera. The community also includes a forthcoming 8,000-square-foot community center complete with a fitness room, meeting room and pool, scheduled for completion by Memorial Day 2008. Cordera is a fairly new community with a lot of room to grow, and its base price range of $305,000 to $450,000 makes for a very reasonable deal.
