The Voice's View on Claremont Ranch

The neighborhood offers great mountain views and borders Sand Creek, a dry creek area that runs through the neighborhood. Peterson and Schriever Air Force Bases are both within a 20-minute drive. Claremont Ranch is covenant protected but does not have a homeowners' association, so there is a bit more flexibility for homeowners.
