Homes. They offer flexible, innovative and spacious floor plans with a base
price range of $227,000 to $276,000. Ashton has built high-quality multi-level
townhomes with very impressive layouts comparable in size to many single-family
homes (1,917 sq. ft. to 2,321 sq. ft.), all with two-car garages. The
neighborhood is near The
Promenade Shops at Briargate, a shopping and dining center considered one
of the finest in Colorado Springs. Indeed, layout, affordability and location are
the top reasons why people live in Kettle Creek, and at this price point, they
are really very nice homes. Many younger families live here.
